Every painting is professionally packed to industry standards
Orders are processed within the time specified on each product page
Shipping time will depend on the option you select at check-out and the destination
An email will be sent to you with a tracking number through the shipping service you select, once the painting has been shipped
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
All orders must be signed upon delivery
For International Purchases:
Please note that many countries have their own taxes/duties/customs on items purchased. The customer has the responsibility to cover these fees.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Dave Swernofsky Watercolors, we want you to love your purchase. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail. If for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
We have received a request for the return and have provided you with a return authorization number
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
Items must be in original condition and packaged securely
Non-returnable items include:
Custom or commissioned artwork
Digital downloads
Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at dave_Swernofsky@att.net with your:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos if item was damaged
Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization number, return instructions, and the return address.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method once the item is received and inspected
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will either issue a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
5. Loss in shipping:
All Artwork is insured. In the case of loss, the customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on our end
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in progress or shipped.
